About Me

Music has always been a part of me. Growing up, I moved frequently with my mother across eastern Germany—from Prenzlau to Eberswalde, Leipzig, and finally Berlin, where I spent my teenage years and put down roots. Inspired by artists like R.E.M., Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan & Johnny Cash, I taught myself to play guitar at 15, started writing songs, and performed as a street musician.

At the same time, I discovered another passion—coding. After finishing school, I pursued a career in tech, becoming a self-employed IT specialist. Life blessed me with a wonderful spouse, two daughters, and a son. But no matter how busy life got, music was always there. If I wasn’t holding a baby or typing on a keyboard, I had a guitar in my hands.

Then, during the pandemic, everything changed. My family and I moved to the countryside, restoring an old farmhouse in Brandenburg. In the quiet of nature, with space to breathe, my passion for music reignited in a new way. The world was changing, and so was I. Melodies and lyrics filled my mind, demanding to be heard. My songwriting evolved—from personal stories to reflections on the global issues shaping our time. Political, social, and environmental challenges found their way into my music, giving it new depth and urgency.

Now, at 35, I feel it’s time to share my music. I’m excited for this journey and grateful to have you along for the ride. 🎶
